Booking Request for Family Fit

Please contact Family Fit to discuss a quote and payment preference. Payment options include EFT, cash, credit card, (Via Paypal), or cheque either with an invoice or direct to Robyn. ALL payments must be made prior to the commencement of a phase or at the start of a session. Please phone, email, or use “Got a Question?” Form to proceed with your inquiry.

PERSONAL TRAINING and CLASSES

1 session / week for 1:1 (12 consecutive weeks) -: $80 for each session = $960

2 sessions / week for 1:1 (12 consecutive weeks) -: $75 for each session = $1,800

3 sessions / week for 1:1 (12 consecutive weeks) -: $70 for each session = $2,520

Shared PT session for 2 or less -:         $40 per session (12 weeks) = $480

Classes – (Aqua, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Mindful, Creative, Walk to Run, Learn to Run,
Walking, Seniors Heartmoves, Flexibility, etc)
$10/$15/$20 per session (cost and number of sessions provided upon inquiry)

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, COACHING, RESOURCES

Weight Management 12-week Meal Plan ($300) + 12 week Individual Counselling sessions = $1,740

Sprint Training (Min 10 sessions)

Hurdles Training (use track hurdles or provide your own) (Min 10 sessions)     1:1 session $80
